Firm Foundation

Rolader & Rolader was founded in 1980 in Roswell, Georgia by Donald W. "Pete" Rolader and Donald A. Rolader. Pete Rolader was admitted to practice in 1950 and actively practiced law in the metropolitan Atlanta area for over fifty years. A member of the "Greatest Generation" and a veteran of the Army Corps in World War II, Pete began his career as a litigator and developed a reputation as an excellent general practice attorney. His practice became heavily involved in real estate and development when he relocated his practice to Northside Tower in Sandy Springs. He truly loved the practice of law and the interaction with fellow attorneys and clients. The tenets he insisted upon remain with us today. They were and are:

"Treat everyone with respect"
"Be honest and truthful at all times"
"Never show anger"
"Never give up"

He insisted on honesty, integrity and professionalism. We follow in his footsteps. D.W. Rolader passed away June 1st, 2011 at the age of 86 years.
